In this session Troy Cooper discusses the importance of setting realistic expectations. Whether you are beginning a new module, or are mid-way though, re-evaluating goals in the context of situation can be very helpful in terms of measuring success appropriately. This session will also include questions from the online audience.

Troy is currently the Associate Dean (Student Experience & Quality). Also as a Staff Tutor, Troy manages the presentation of social sciences courses, including psychology, at undergraduate and postgraduate level in East Anglia. Between 2005 and 2010, she was seconded to Faculty to work as Associate Dean Production overseeing the development of modules, and as Programme Director for the Psychology Programme.
